Finally updated this site away from Frames. Personally I thought Frames gave a lot of freedom to the site developer as well as great navigation aids. But frame navigation does not do well on small screens. So far many pages on this site have not yet been converted to be viewed on your phone but currently the Android folder is started. Unfortunately I have not been able to make a page look both great on the phone and in large screen format yet.

Rather than purchasing a Material Design template hopefully this site will incrementally adopt a progression to a more effective design. For better or for worse this site also uses Bootstrap. My emphasis is on making a web page easily legible for both a phone and a regular size computer screen. Once that legibility is established for this site then I will attempt to make it look pretty. I have created thousands of web pages for computer screens and a few android apps. But the difficult process I hope to solve is to make one set of code work accepatable on all sizes of screens.
